We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, so if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of its purchase. Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund will be credited to your account or the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bear Creek Ballistics. If a refund is issued, it will be for the original purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges.
Warranty Information for Custom Muzzle Loading & Centerfire Rifles and Component Parts
Bear Creek Ballistics takes great pride in building shooting systems for hunting and target applications. Our products have stood the test of time for accurate and robust construction, giving years of trouble free service when properly cared for and maintained. Bear Creek Ballistics offers a conditional lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship for all the products manufactured at Bear Creek Ballistics.
Items that are considered expendable or wear and tear may require routine service replacement during the life of your Action. Therefore, these items are not covered under this warranty. Exclusions – breech plugs, firing pins, firing pin springs, ram rods, coil springs.
Much of the work performed at Bear Creek Ballistics uses other manufacturers products to build our systems (scopes, OEM produced muzzle loaders, centerfire rifles) . These types of products are not covered by this warranty. Please consult with the manufacturer of such items for their specific coverage.
Any unauthorized modifications or alterations to our products will void this warranty. Firing ammunition not designed for your firearm, ammunition that exceeds SAAMI safe pressure specifications, will void any warranty. Using smokeless powder in muzzle loading firearms, will void any warranty. In addition, the abuse, neglect, and/or mistreatment of any Bear Creek Ballistics product will void this warranty.
Any merchandise being returned shall be returned in its original packaging with all materials, manuals, instructions and packaging inserts together with a copy of the original packing slip and a brief explanation for the reason why the product is being returned. You shall be responsible for any return shipping costs and insurance.

*FFL Shipping Policy**
Federal law requires all modern firearms be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Any person who is legally allowed to own a firearm is legally allowed to ship it to an FFL holder for any legal purpose (including sale or resale). Firearm possession is transferred in person at a FFL dealer after all applicable state and federal requirements have been successfully completed. You must pass a background check and meet minimum age restrictions. You are responsible for knowing your federal, state and local laws regarding firearm and ammunition purchase and possession.

We can ship to virtually any address in North America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
